SPA Best Practice

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these spa etiquette guidelines:

1. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel reception first
2. Arrive on time, 10 minutes early is enough to avoid any rush. If you are late, the treatment will last for less time than provided
3. Choose swimwear and clean flip flops suitable for the spa or sauna
4. Use a shower before treatment
5. Avoid coming to the treatment or sauna after a heavy meal or in an intoxicated state
6. Mute the phone and leave other electronic devices at home if possible
7. Inform the therapist about your special needs or if you are cold/hot or uncomfortable
8. Please keep the spa clean; the safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us
9. Please note that the spa is quiet; we value the peace and privacy of our guests
10. Please leave valuables and jewelry at home or in a locker
11. No smoking in the spa area.

Please respect any posted signs or rules related to the use of facilities or equipment. These rules are in place for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. By following these spa best practices, you’ll help maintain a serene and enjoyable environment for yourself and other guests.

The Kreutzwald Hotel Tallinn features a small ZEN SPA (only 100m from Centennial Hotel Tallinn) with three stylish treatment rooms, including two double treatment rooms, two saunas, and a party room with a Japanese pool.

Paraffin Therapy for Hands or Feet 30 min €39

Deeply moisturizing, nourishing, blood circulation improving and softening treatment for hands of feet. Paraffin also contains vitamin E and soothes and relieves skin irritations. The treatment starts with a scrub. Hands or Feet are then dipped in warm paraffin, wrapped in soft towels and left to be treated by good substances. While relaxing at the same time.
